For numerous years as an Owner/Founder, I worked as a residential concierge, offering excellent customer care to residents. After years of attempting to discover my niche of wanting to use my expertise to serve other industries, I decided to build a company that would allow me to do so. I decided to start a business related to my subject of study while completing my undergraduate degree as a business major.
I determined the type of brand I wanted to create and looked for a name that closely resembled my concepts. After months of brainstorming names, Tender, Love, and Care sprang to mind, prompting me to propose "The Life Concierge & Co."
